Turnaround time


Turnaround time is the time it takes for me to make your items, this does not include delivery time.

Shipping Information

UK 

  • UK orders have Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery (approx.1-2 working days).
Ireland 
  • Ireland orders have the option as Royal Mail international standard (does not include tracking). Or Royal Mail international tracked & signed (includes tracking). Please make sure at the checkout you look at the shipping options and upgrades carefully as to what you are purchasing.
  • Estimated delivery is currently 1-2 weeks, please bear in mind there are postal service delays due to the current pandemic so your order may take longer to arrive than normal.
Rest of Europe
  • Orders to the rest of Europe can be sent using either standard air mail or you can upgrade to tracked at an extra cost, again please make sure you read the shipping options at the checkout.
  • Estimated delivery is currently 1-4 weeks, please bear in mind there are postal service delays due to the current pandemic so your order may take longer to arrive than normal.

USA

  • USA orders will be sent via Royal Mail standard airmail however you can upgrade to tracked at the checkout. Please make sure you check the shipping upgrades when purchasing at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery is currently 1-4 weeks, please bear in mind there are postal service delays due to the current pandemic so your order may take longer to arrive than normal.
Further information
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
    • Proof of postage is obtained for all orders, and if you purchased tracking we will obtain the tracking information to.
    • If you think your order is missing, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the situation - This will follow Royal Mails claims process, I cannot put in a missing claim until 10 working days after due date for UK and for international packages it is after 30 working days after due date.(Please bear in mind that delays are expected due to the current pandemic). If however it is missing due to an incorrect shipping address given, this is unfortunately out of my control. Please make sure to double check your address at checkout prior to ordering.
    • If for whatever reason your parcel is not able to be delivered and Royal Mail return it back to me (e.g. incorrect address was given), postage will be payable again in order for me to resend the parcel to you.
